The resort is truly top-notch with fantastic amenities and a great environment for families, featuring multiple pools including a children's area that's perfect for little ones. While the beach is beautiful and staff are very accommodating, I found the dining experiences to be disappointing due to limited restaurant availability and booking issues. Overall, it’s an enjoyable place with some room for improvement in dining.

7.0/10

Our stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The amenities, like the pools and kids' area, were fantastic and well-maintained, making it a delight for families. However, I was quite disappointed with the dining options as almost all the restaurants were fully booked during our visit, which made our meals quite challenging. Additionally, while the staff was friendly, the language barrier made communication difficult at times. Overall, it was a relaxing getaway, but it could definitely improve in the dining organization.

6.2/10

My stay at this resort was a mixed bag. The beach is lovely, and I enjoyed the spacious pool area. However, the communication for non-Japanese guests was lacking, leading to some frustration, especially during the typhoon. The dining options were also restrictive, often requiring advance reservations while many tables remained unoccupied. Overall, I’d rate it a solid resort but wouldn’t call it a true five-star experience.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was quite dated, with decor that felt like it hadn’t been updated in years. It was located far from the pool as I had requested.
Service
5.0
I found the service to be hit or miss. A few staff members were helpful, but overall there was a lack of information available in English, which was quite frustrating.
Location
9.0
The location is beautiful, right beside the beach, which is a definite highlight. It’s convenient to enjoy the ocean and pool.
Dining
6.0
Dining was a hassle, as I often had to reserve a spot in advance, and even then, the options felt limited due to several closed restaurants. The quality of food was good, but the buffet price was quite steep.
Facilities
7.0
The amenities included an impressive pool area and wellness center. However, the pool bar was closed during my stay, which was disappointing.

5.2/10

Our stay at the resort was quite the experience. While the beach and pool area were lovely, the dining organization left much to be desired and the rooms felt dated. The lack of clear communication during the typhoon and the minimal help for foreign tourists were disappointing. If you’re looking for a luxurious getaway, this might not be the best choice.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were outdated and dim, not at all what we expected from a resort. The bedding felt like it was from another era, and the bathroom was quite cramped.
Service
5.0
The service was lacking, especially during the typhoon. We received little information, which left us feeling frustrated.
Location
6.0
The resort is nice and right on the beach, but it was not conveniently located to nearby attractions.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a hassle. We faced long waits for breakfast and often found the restaurants full despite many tables being empty.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities like the pool were well-designed and pleasant, but the overall maintenance seemed to be lacking.

5.6/10

My stay at this resort was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, the beach and pool area were beautifully designed and offer a great atmosphere for relaxation. On the other hand, the service was subpar, with long waits for meals and an overall lack of organization. I really appreciated some of the amenities, but some aspects left much to be desired.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were a bit dated and far from what I expected. We requested a room near the pool but ended up in a bungalow at the end of the resort. The decor felt outdated.
Service
5.0
The service was frustrating. We often felt lost, especially during the typhoon, with little to no communication from staff. The breakfast situation was a hassle as we had to queue for a long time.
Location
8.0
The location is nice for a sunset view, right on the beach, but the property could really use some updates. It’s also a convenient spot for swimming and enjoying the ocean.
Dining
6.0
Dining was another disappointment due to the long wait for breakfast and several restaurants being booked up. The grill dinner was a letdown, but the Japanese restaurant served decent food.
Facilities
7.0
The resort has a lovely pool area and wellness center, which was a nice escape on rainy days. However, it felt quite busy and chaotic at times.
Beautiful beach area
Poor service organization
